Contact Centre Central was developed to provide an independent and free resource for people working in, or aspiring to, work in the Australian contact centre industry. A central location to share information, source suppliers and stimulate discussion in an industry that is constantly changing!

We also want to ensure that there is some strong advocacy for the call centre industry – we are proud of the opportunities our industry provides and we need to ensure that government, businesses and consumers are constantly reminded of the key role our industry plays in their lives. So whether you are new to the industry, or are a seasoned professional, Contact Centre Central will ensure you have all the information you need to enjoy a successful career.

Contact Centre Central is owned by Justin Tippett and supported by a team of professionals who work within the contact centre industry and have a vested interested in ensuring we continue to move our industry forward.

HOW IS IT FUNDED?

Contact Centre Central is funded through paid advertising and listings in our Supplier Directory. We also rely heavily on our volunteers who are all passionate about the contact centre industry – from guest writers, website developers, graphic designers and more.
