Our audience comprises of a variety of different levels who work in the CX & Contact Centre industry.  Originally launching in 2011, the website operated in a part time capacity building a small, but loyal following of key contact centre industry followers.

In January 2016 Contact Centre Central became a full time venture and with it, a new website. Throughout 2016 with new content almost daily, and a focus on paid and organic marketing our growth has increased over 300% with our audience in August 2017 now totalling over 26,000 CX and Contact Centre professionals across all our Social Media channels.

With great content and a good reputation we were thrilled to win the 2016 Industry Champions award for Australia as the most trusted contact centre company in Australia – awarded by Contact Center World, the Worlds biggest Contact Centre Association.

Our newsletter, The Pulse, provides a range of options to stay up to date with the latest articles, news and jobs in the Australian Contact Centre industry. Subscribers can choose between news as it happens through to a weekly summary email. Open rates average above 35% with The Weekly Pulse the most popular opt-in.

As the saying goes “all roads lead to home” with all of our articles, news, Press Releases as well as our Supplier Directory, Event Calendar etc all held on our website to provide the best value for our advertisers. In April 2017 we released our new website with a key focus on improving our SEO traffic and providing a better experience for our users with a view to improving the time they spend on our website each visit.

stats iconKey Data: in August 2017 we continued our growth with over 28k pages viewed with users viewing an average of 2.17 pages per session. Our Bounce rate continues to remain low at 8.31% with 77% of our traffic from returning visitors.
